10. Accounting and auditing

1) Income and expenditure accounts of the committee shall be kept according to the format adopted by the Government of Nepal in accordance with the prevailing laws.
(2) The audit of the committee shall be conducted by the Auditor General or the auditor appointed by him.
(3) The Government of Nepal may examine or cause to be examined at any time the income and expenditure account of the committee, the related documents and other cash and goods.
